Overall High Point Heifer winner
The Overall High Point Heifer and Steer winners were named Sept. 6 at the 2009 SD State Fair.

Taking the heifer title was Cagney Effling of Highmore, SD and winning the steer honors was Halley Becking of Florence, SD.
