A huge crowd showed up to bid on the bulls from this established, reputation outfit. This family business – brothers Bruce and his boys Cody and Kyle and Mark and his boys Derek, Brock and Brady provide customer service and have produced using genetics for many years. That helps explain the high percentage of repeat buyers.

Some of their customers have come to expect open heifers available on sale day but this year the family sold them a couple of weeks before the bull sale.

Patriarch Dick was a cattleman and a character known throughout the region. I never missed a chance to visit with him. He passed in early January and his absence was certainly noted at the sale.
