JBN Livestock, named after Jim Bockwoldt and his daughters Beth and Nicole, was started in 1994 when Jim purchased his first Hereford females from the Mrnak Hereford program.

After 20 plus years of raising quality Hereford cattle Jim wants to slow down so the decision was made to disperse the entire herd of the JBN Livestock registered Hereford cattle. This is a smaller herd in numbers, but high in quality. The cowherd is mainly line 1 Herefords crossed on high performance polled bulls that are in line with the Hereford breed epd wise and performance wise. The bulls from JBN Livestock have been marketed privately and thru the Baker Hereford production sales.
