Cranston Herefords held their 19th Annual Sale Feb. 19 at St. Onge Livestock. Cranston Herefords is owned and operated by Roy and Janet Cranston of Prairie City, SD. Roy and Janet were relieved to have a sunny day and a full house on sale day. There were many repeat buyers and numerous first time buyers from several states.

Cranston Herefords has worked hard in selecting the right herd sires and over the years they have proven themselves. They strive to breed for milk, calving ease, thickness, length, depth, longevity and the one thing we all like to see and be around is good disposition. Repeat buyers have had years of experience with the disposition as well as to see and to testify the extra pounds that are put on their calves.
