Finally old man winter let up a bit so people could get to Sprindale, Mont., for Felton Angus Ranch’s 41st annual sale and get their hands in the air for the opportunity to own a great Felton Bull. There is a reason Feltons have been raising cattle for nearly five decades and building more and more of a successful sale each year. This year’s offering was very impressive. These bulls were top of the line, rugged, ready to go to work bulls that were developed to be in optimum condition. Jim Felton and Rich Felton did a great job getting these bulls ready for sale day. The stands were packed with a standing room only crowd and the phone lines were buzzing with Superior bidders from several different states as soon as the first bull walked into the ring.

Also a great thank you to all the ladies of the Park County Cattlewomens for such an amazing lunch and the pies were heavenly. The pies certainly tasted like they were worth the $200 Jim Felton paid the last pie for at the end of the auction!

Thanks again to all of the Felton Angus Ranch crew for such a grand event and for providing such a great set of bulls to offer productive and progressive cattleman.
