Gaaskjolen Gelbvieh & Angus Production Sale

Doug Hogan

Gaaskjolen held their annual bull sale at Lemmon Livestock March 4. Owned by Keith, Roxi and family, Gaaskjolen’s are very proud of their herd as in past years, they have ranked in the top 20 in the nation for the number of Balancer cattle registered with the AGA and the number of Dams of Merit and Distinction.

And what a powerful set of bulls that came to town. These bulls were designed to be more efficient and increase profit. Gaaskjolen only select a small portion of their bulls from their calf crop. These bulls are bred to convert ranch grass and roughage to dollars. This program is very straight forward with visual appraisal performance, athleticism, structural correctness and disposition.
