Outside Circle: Hulett Rodeo, barrel clinic, horsemanship clinic, Kaycee broncs, kids jackpots
May 17, 2017
We had a little more rain come through. I know some areas not far from here had a lot and I'm sure happy for them. I took a trip up to Hardin, Mont. last week and the country was in it's Sunday clothes all the way. The plums were blooming in every draw and the grass was waving in the breeze. All the cattle, sheep and horses I saw looked fat and healthy too.
Calving is about wound down here. As of this writing, I have seven head left so they are getting neglected with everything else there is to do. It's all gone easy peasy from day one, so I hope I'm not letting my guard down too soon. You all know how that works.
