Paint Rock Angus or Bust Annual Sale

Andy Swenson

Gordon Ranch, Kaycee, WY, made the trip over the mountain to purchase a Paint Rock bull.

The Mercer Family’s did it again. What a great set of bulls they had to offer this year! The weather held up and it was a beautiful Wyoming day. Since the weather was great, so was the crowd on hand to view the sale bulls.

Martin and Kelli Mercer, Tom and Mary Mercer, and Brian and Audrey Pryor were busy assisting producers with all their questions and helping them find the right bulls to meet their needs.

The ladies repeated their top-notch performance and had an awesome lunch for the big crowd. The crowd favorite is the fry bread. People come from great distances just to eat that fry bread, and the bull offering is worth the drive, as well. The bidding action was fast, as everyone in the stands and on the phone lines were trying to get their hands on some of these outstanding bulls. At sale end, Martin Mercer thanked everyone for coming and wished everyone a very blessed holiday season.
