The Independent Cattlemen of Wyoming Plan First Legislative Meeting in Cheyenne Feb. 16

District 1 Directors Taylor Haynes and John Francis and District 5 Director Cheri Steinmetz have scheduled the District 1 Independent Cattlemen of Wyoming (ICOW) directors meeting for Thursday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. in the Cottonwood room of the Laramie County Library, at 2200 Pioneer Ave. in Cheyenne, WY. This is two blocks south and one block west of the Capitol Building. All ICOW members are invited to attend.

Chairman of the House Ag Committee, Mark Semlek, has agreed to meet with ICOW members and directors at the library from 12-1:45p.m. He has also invited ICOW members to attend the House Ag Committee meeting that morning at 8 a.m. in room H11 of the Capitol Building.

Janie White from the Wyoming Policy Institute will be speaking to as well.

Other ag committee members, both House and Senate are being invited to attend the meeting at noon.

Lunch will be served.

ICOW directors are encouraging members to show up for the House Ag Committee meeting in large numbers to let them know we are vitally interested in our State government and how it affects our livelihoods.
