Goat tying challenge coming to Bowman

Entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2016.

The fourth annual TY TUFF CHALLENGE is just around the corner. The “Worlds Richest Goat Tying” will be a one day only competition for goat tiers and breakaway ropers. Action will take place on July 30, 2016 at the Dakota Winds Arena in Bowman, North Dakota.

This “one of a kind” event is set up to support and promote the sport of goat tying and breakaway roping. National and state champions will be among those competing for over $10,000 in cash and prizes. The 4D goat tying format with one second splits allows the “young guns” a chance to compete with the “big guns” of goat tying with the assurance that they will have the opportunity to take home some cool cash and great prizes.

There will be a breakaway roping once again this year at 9 am. Open will have $1,000 added and high school/jr. high division will have $500 added. Open ropers will get two head and a short go. Junior high/ high school will be paid on a two head average.

Entries, consent forms, and more information is available at http://www.tytuff.com. Entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2016.

TY TUFF will have a booth set up for all your goat tying needs as well as some of hottest, original TY TUFF clothing and caps.
