The slogan for this sale is PROFITABLE by design, EFFICIENT by nature. As I write this report we’ve came off a nasty winter and are staring down the barrel of a loaded drought. Right now cattle that are profitable are ones that are going to make money in a year like this one. Shoot, the cows that are efficient will probably be the ONLY ones left after a year like this. Pete and Vawnita Best have the product and program that’s made to last and keep ranchers in the business in times such as these. The bulls were rugged and in their everyday work pants and I think customers really appreciated it. The horse sale was as wild as I’ve ever seen.
