The Mrnak family held their 48th annual Hereford production sale at Bowman Auction Market Feb. 8. A huge crowd of buyers from across the region and Canada, filled the seats to bid on and purchase a great set of 2-year- old bulls, registered bred heifers and commercial open Hereford and baldy heifers.

This was the thickest, stoutest set of bulls Mrnak Herefords has ever brought to town. Representing generations of strict culling and stringent sire selection. The bred heifers were right out of the replacement pen. The commercial heifers, all sired by Mrnak bulls, were an excellent example of what these genetics will do for the beef industry.
