2011 NWSS Limousin and Lim-Flex cattle show highlights

DENVER, CO – The National Western Stock Show (NWSS) Limousin and Lim-Flex open shows were held Jan. 11 in the Stadium Arena on the Hill in Denver, CO. The NWSS is one of the North American Limousin Foundation’s (NALF’s) four major Medal of Excellence (MOE) shows. Todd Herman, Skiatook, OK, sorted 47 Lim-Flex females, 39 Limousin females, 15 Lim-Flex bulls and 13 Limousin bulls.

Champion Limousin bull: MAGSWL Usual Suspect. Wies Limousin Ranch, Wellsville, MO, and Magness Land & Cattle, Platteville, CO, own the Nov. 5, 2008, son of MAGS Sasquatch. Reserve: TASF Walks Alone 386W. The May 23, 2009, son of EXLR Dakota 535G belongs to Thomas & Son Farms, Boonsboro, MD; and Double B Grain Farms, McAllisterville, PA.

Champion Lim-Flex bull: CALO Brickyard 902W.
