Rhonda Sedgwick Stearns of Newcastle, WY accepts a personalized buckle from former Tri-State Livestock News editor Aaron Nelson for 21 years of writing her “Over The Corral Fence” weekly column. Rhonda ended the column in early January but she plans to be a contributor of feature stories and articles for Tri-State Livestock News throughout the upcoming years.
