Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games information line provides concierge-style service to prospective visitors
LEXINGTON, KY – Global interest in the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010 is holding strong as the Games prepare to make their American debut in less than 80 days. Tickets have been sold to buyers in all 50 U.S. states and more than 50 countries.
The 16 days of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games encompass dozens of ticketed competitions in several stadiums located throughout the 1,200-acre Kentucky Horse Park. To guide ticket seekers in planning their trip, Alltech has established a concierge-style information center within the Games’ 1-888-934-2010 phone line.
Trained Alltech representatives are prepared to guide callers through the ticket options by sharing information about each of the eight world championship sports as well as related activities and entertainment options scheduled throughout the Games.
“We hope prospective visitors will get their first taste of Southern hospitality from our concierge line,” said Dr. Pearse Lyons, president and founder of Alltech. “When callers indicate what days they intend to visit, we can tell them not only what competitions are being held that day but also what entertainment events they can enjoy in the evenings and where they can savor a great Kentucky meal.”
