Reach deal for CR through December 20
Congressional appropriators have reached a deal for another continuing resolution to fund the government through December 20, the Associated Press reported.
House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey, D-N.Y., made the announcement. The agreement means that there won’t be a government shutdown but issues surrounding fiscal year 2020 appropriations bills won’t resolved until at least December.
