Barbecue benefits UW ag student groups
The annual barbecue to raise money for student organizations in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources is Saturday, Sept. 17, during Ag Appreciation Weekend at the University of Wyoming.
Serving is 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the southwest corner of the Indoor Practice Facility prior to the University of Wyoming-UC Davis football game. Barbecue beef, pork and lamb will be served. More than 565 were served last year, helping raise more than $11,000 for the organizations.
Students representing each organization volunteer to help prepare for and serve at the barbecue.
