BHSS livestock conference features UNL experts
The Cattleman’s Conference sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. (BIVI) is anchoring a weekend of activities for commercial cattle producers at the 2016 Black Hills Stock Show®. The Cattleman’s Conference, scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 2 at the Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn in Rapid City, gives livestock producers the opportunity to learn about topics that impact their bottom line now and in the future. There is no cost for this event.
“This stock show event is an opportunity for our livestock producers to make business decisions that will impact their breeding program. The Cattleman’s Conference is an opportunity to learn more about trending topics that affect their operation,” said Ron Jeffries, Black Hills Stock Show® General Manager.

The Cattleman’s Conference will take place after the Charolais Sale where 51 head of Charolais cattle will be auctioned. Along with Tuesday activities, stock show guests can take in the Ranch Rodeo later that night at 7:30 p.m. at the James Kjerstad Event Center.
