Despite the soggy weather, buyers from 13 states made purchases at the Bieber Red Angus May Turn Out Sale held Thursday, March 13, at the ranch, nine miles West of Leola, SD. Cattle were on-hand for viewing sale day, along with being sold live and videoed for auction.
This was the second year that Bieber Red Angus has held a spring turnout bull sale. With the expansion of their cowherd through the purchase of the Basin Red Angus females, they have more numbers and the opportunity to offer their customers another chance to purchase some great genetics. The bulls in this sale were specifically chosen for this event, not extra bulls from the annual March sale. Also selling was a great selection of cow/calf pairs and fall calving cows.
