Evenson Angus has always strived to produce high performing cattle for their customers. They have placed special emphasis on easy-fleshing, fast-gaining cattle with maternal fertility and disposition. The past several years they have carcass tested their cattle and finished out the steers. The last two years the steers were finished their home feedlot. The resulting average over the past five years has been 97 percent Choice or better, with 20 percent prime and a whopping 43.7 percent CAB.
