G.B. Oliver to address ICOW at 2nd Annual Meeting
G.B. Oliver, Executive Vice President of the Paragon Foundation will deliver the luncheon speech when the Independent Cattlemen of Wyoming gather for their 2nd Annual Convention Nov. 1 in Casper. G.B. Oliver is a respected speaker for private property rights of U.S. citizens, according to Judy McCullough, ICOW President.
“We are very fortunate to have a speaker of this quality and with his knowledge of private property rights to come to Wyoming to speak to our members and guests at our Annual meeting,” said McCullough.
Wyoming ranchers and their supporters will meet at the Agriculture Resources and Learning Center, 2011 Fairgrounds Road, Casper, for the ICOW convention. The event begins at 9:00 a.m. that Saturday with Bill Bullard, R-CALf USA CEO, starting off the Prosperity Session by speaking on marketing and trade issues. He will be followed by a livestock producer panel, with Taylor Haynes, Frank Eathorne, and Frank Henderson, speaking on marketing opportunities for Wyoming beef.
Property Rights will be featured during the afternoon session, which will continue the discussion from the noon presentation given by G.B. Oliver. Member committees will work on policies prior to the ICOW membership meeting at 4:00 p.m. There will be a silent auction during the convention, and the day will conclude with a banquet at the Goose Egg Inn where G.B. Oliver will entertain members as the banquet speaker.
ICOW is inviting everyone involved in Wyoming agriculture to join them on November 1st to help work for the future prosperity of the livestock industry.
