Kress Cattle Company Annual Production Sale

Kress Cattle Company, owned and operated by John and Carol Kress and Jerry Kress and family, held their annual bull sale at Belle Fourche Livestock Exchange on April 16, 2009. Kress bulls are raised only on grass and hay. They look for moderate frame that carries lots of muscle and heavy weights off grass and their mothers with no creep.
These are bulls that can be used and continue to grow and be used on down the road.
Highest selling bull, Lot 15, went for $2,200. He had a 72 pound birth weight, a weaning weight of 830 pounds and a yearling weight of 1,235.
Second highest selling bull, Lot 1, sold for $2,000. He was born at 76 pounds, weaned at 805 pounds and had a yearling weight of 1,180.
