Mini grants available from SARE

South Dakota Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program has mini-grants available to enhance the professional development of educators/outreach professionals about sustainable agriculture. Mini-grants are “train-the-trainer” opportunities to have like-minded peers learn from your ideas that you disseminate through tours, workshops, or conferences. Mini-grants are available throughout the year. Funding to cover expenses of up to $5000 are available.

Travel Scholarships

South Dakota Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program has travel scholarships available to enhance the professional development of educators/outreach professionals about sustainable agriculture. Travel scholarships to tours, workshops, and conferences are available throughout the year. Applications will be evaluated the 15th of each month. Funding to cover travel expenses of up to $500 (in-state) and $1000 (out-of-state) are available.
