NILE’s Stetsons and Stilettos Fundraiser

The delicate hint of perfume and cologne dances in the breeze as shiny cars pull up to the curb. Doors open and heels step onto red carpet. Couples politely clutch each others' hands as they follow the lighted path up to the grand ballroom. Socialites are gathered for an evening fundraiser complete with live and silent auctions, a four course meal, local celebrities and live music.

This may sound like something that happens in Chicago or New York but believe it or not, this caliber of event is happening in Billings, Montana. Stetsons and Stilettos, hosted by the NILE Foundation, is May 29, 2015.

Pull up to the curb for valet parking at the Northern Hotel in downtown Billings. Enjoy a full social hour beginning at 5:30 p.m. with a short, special appearance by PBR Entertainer, and Montana celebrity, Flint Rasmussen around 8 p.m.

The meal is a delectable mushroom demi-glazed steak, roasted potatoes, and fresh spring vegetables. If your mouth isn't watering yet, the dessert will tantalize your taste buds: a choice of fabulous fruit or divine chocolate cheesecake prepared by the renowned chef from the restaurant Ten.

If you're ready to break out your Stetson or stilettos for a glamorous evening, buy tickets today. Tickets will be limited to availability, you may buy a table of eight or a couple ticket. Rooms at the Northern Hotel can also be purchased for that night at a discounted rate.

Each year the NILE Foundation hosts a ball as the major fundraiser. The money raised contributes to youth programs such as; college scholarships, fourth grade Ag Education, livestock judging competitions, the NILE Merit Heifer Program, and the Junior Fed Livestock Show and Sale.
