In my columns I promote a lot of clinics and schools and the reason I do is that they work! If someone is getting started in an event, going to a school to get the basics right is critical. In the olden days when I was young, schools were nearly non-existant. Entering 100 rodeos or shows to get the experience needed was the old way. Schools are the right way to get started, so I’ll keep promoting them.
