The Pine Creek herd is generations deep in maternal genetics, with most of the cow families going back to Sitz Angus on either the cow or the sire side. Pine Creek is owned by Lyle and Miriam Weiss, along with their son, Justin, and his wife, Lacey. This is truly a beautiful herd of Angus females that have productivity bred into them.
The crowd was large and this was a great sale for the Weiss family, with strong competition for the top end of the bulls. The well-organized catalog and supplement sheet provided up-to-date data on each of the bulls.
Some of the sires included Sitz Right Answer 644Y, Ideal 9512, Connealy Consensus 7229, Hoover Dam, Pine Creek Thunder 1331, Pine Creek In Focus 7022, and others.
