Pot industry worried about Trump victory
The growing marijuana industry is worried that President-elect Donald Trump and Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., Trump’s choice for attorney general, will use federal laws to crack down on the industry, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. But others say they hope Trump will follow Republican tradition and respect states’ rights.
In April, at a Senate hearing, Sessions said, “Good people don’t smoke marijuana,” The Washington Post reported.
