PRCA awards recognize area’s best

The 2010 Annual PRCA Awards Banquet was held last Dec. 1, 2010 at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa Grand Ballroom in Las Vegas, NV.

Keith Isley once again claimed the Triple Crown by receiving the PRCA award for “Clown of the Year,” PRCA “Comedy Act of the Year” and Coors “Man in the Can.” Keith will be one of the featured entertainers at the 2011 Black Hills Stock Show Rodeo, which will be held Jan. 27-Feb. 5 at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.

Wayne Brooks received the PRCA “Announcer of the Year” Award. Brooks will be the announcer at the 2011 Black Hills Stock Show Rodeo.

Also receiving awards were the Days of ’76 Rodeo, Deadwood, SD which received the PRCA “Medium Rodeo of the Year” Award and Rick Thompson, who received the PRCA Media Broadcast Journalism “Talk Rodeo” Award.
