Producer participation in NAIS ‘disappointing’
USDA’s top veterinarian, Dr. John Clifford, said Tuesday, May 5, current producer participation in the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) is a “disappointing” 35 percent.

He was testifying before a joint hearing of House Agriculture and Homeland Security subcommittees.
