North Dakota, South Dakota R-CALF meetings Sept 11-13
Bill Bullard, the CEO of R-CALF USA will speak at informational meetings in Lemmon, South Dakota, Sept. 11; Mobridge, South Dakota, Sept. 12 and Mandan, North Dakota, Sept. 13. Bullard will address the current state of the cattle industry, including the recent market activity following the Tyson plant fire. The meeting is open to all who are interested in the future of the cattle industry, including ranchers, farmers, business owners, bankers, elected officials and more.
• Sept. 11, 2019, 6 p.m., Lemmon, S.D., Senior Center, 711 Main Ave., free meal. The South Dakota Stockgrowers Association will also discuss USDA’s mandatory electronic animal identification requirement.
