Reich Ranch 52th Annual Charolais Bull Sale

Dan Piroutek
Alan Lamb of Nisland, SD with Tim Reich

The Reich Ranch celebrated their 52nd sale with a very nice sunny day, and a good sale. Although the crowd was not overly large, they bought in volume, and the sale stayed competitive until the very end.

The Reich Ranch bulls are bred to sire calves that are born unassisted, vigorous, and get up and nurse without extra work. Their goal is to moderate the frame, maximize the muscle, and provide heavy weaning weights for their customers.

Tim Reich guarantees his cattle and keeps them until May 1st when he delivers them. There is a reason this family and herd of cattle have stood the test of time! Furthermore, you need to attend the Reich Ranch bull sale if only to enjoy one of Ree Reich’s glazed doughnuts! It’s just too bad they have only one sale a year!
