SDSU Rapid City office moves
BROOKINGS, S.D. – The SDSU Extension Regional Center in Rapid City has moved to a new location on the east side of town at the intersection of E. North Street and E. Anamosa in the lower level of the First Interstate Bank Building (711 N. Creek Drive).
“Located in a developing retail sector, this new location is easy to access, making SDSU Extension even more accessible to the people and communities we serve,” said Karla Trautman, SDSU Extension Associate Director.
The public is invited to stop by the SDSU Extension Regional Center during the week of October 26 and take a tour of the new facility. The hours of operation for the SDSU Extension Regional Center in Rapid City are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST) Monday through Friday.
The Rapid City location phone and fax numbers remain the same; 605-394-1722 and FAX: 605-394-1729. The new mailing address is: 711 N. Creek Drive, Rapid City, SD 57703.
The SDSU Extension Regional Center in Rapid City is one of eight SDSU Extension regional centers located statewide to house SDSU Extension staff who provide South Dakotans with research-based information through innovative collaborations and community partnerships. Other SDSU Extension Regional Centers are located in Aberdeen, Lemmon, Mitchell, Pierre, Sioux Falls, Watertown and Winner.
