South Dakota: Cattlewomen seek college scholarship applications
The South Dakota Cattlewomen organization is celebrating its 60th year of existence! Because the Cattlewomen believe that the livestock industry is of basic importance to the world existence, and because they have the hope and faith in the future of cattlemen and women, financial assistance is being offered to students that plan to attend college or technical school.
The Cattlewomen are urging students to apply for a scholarship as soon as possible, as the deadline is May 1, 2011. Students interested in applying for the scholarship can contact Julie Holmquist by calling 605-473-5356. Applications are also available for download from the Cattlewomen Web site: sdcattlewomen.org.
