South Dakota missing or stolen livestock

The South Dakota Brand Board will pay up to $5000reward to any person who provides information leading to the conviction of any person for the crime of stealing livestock which are branded with a brand registered with the board. Please contact us if you have any questions.

NO BRAND: Merrill Hass is missing a spring Black Angus bull calf from Beadle County. It weighs about 550lbs and has an orange ear tag P50. (605) 458-2544

NO BRAND: Bunny Bail is missing a Charolais steer calf from Pennington County 11 miles NW of Wall. It is about 370lbs, has a red ear tag with KJ on it and a blue ear tag #933. (605) 441-7026 or (605) 279-2335

The Brand Board is looking for additional inspectors for Harding, Dewey, Perkins, Mellette, Shannon, and Todd County. Must be able to perform and carry out the duty of inspecting cattle, horses or mules for brands and determine ownership.
