Genex CRI held a tour of purebred and commercial ranches on Oct. 28 – 29, in western Nebraska and western South Dakota. Tour attendees included 55 Genex representatives from across the nation. The tour was organized by Rapid City Genex rep, Clarence Schumacher. Stops on Oct. 28 were, Gary Romey Ranch, Hot Springs, S.D.; Dolezal Ranch, Matt, Dennis and Jill Dolezal, Rushville, Neb.; Vin Mar Angus and Herefords, Gordon, Neb. and Mt. Rushmore Angus, Hermosa, S.D.

Tour-goers stopped at the following outfits Oct. 29: Iron Mountain Angus, Belle Fourche, S.D.; Baker LEMar Angus, St. Onge, S.D.; Rocking Tree Ranch Red Angus, Sturgis, S.D.; Millar Angus, Sturgis, S.D.; and Lewis Grandview Angus, Rapid City, S.D.
