Wyo livestock board to talk issues

The Wyoming Livestock Board [WLSB] has scheduled a public board meeting for Nov. 21, 2014, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Hampton Inn, 1100 N Popular St., Casper, in the City Garden room. The topics that will be discussed include: director's updates, animal health updates, brand inspection/recording updates, legislation, supplemental budget, computerization, annual review of the brand inspection zones, rescind chapter 17 board order, review feed lien policy, annual review of chapter 6 brucellosis risk mitigation fees, update on Big Horn/Sheridan counties Brucellosis surveillance testing and potential test requirements, RFID High Frequency tag demonstration, update on the Global Roundtable Initiative, streamlining and reviewing rules to go out for public comment: chapter 1 rabies prevention and post exposure management, chapter 12 brucella ovis certification, chapter 23 veterinary loan repayment, rescind chapter 16 bison designated as wildlife, and other administrative board business and matters. An executive session will be at the end of the meeting if needed.
