Wyoming Weed and Pest Council to Meet March 18-19 in Worland

CHEYENNE (March 11, 2026) – The Wyoming Weed and Pest Council (WWPC) will meet March 18 and 19 at the Washakie County Fairgrounds in Worland, WY.

The meeting on Wednesday, the 18th will begin at noon. During the meeting, the Council will hear a welcome from the Washakie County Commissioners, hear legislative updates, and discuss UW Imagine. The Council is scheduled to adjourn at 5:00 pm on Wednesday. On Thursday, The 19th, the meeting will begin at 8:00 am and they will hear from the Wyoming Department of Audit, LGLP, hear OSHA training, have the Employees Association Meeting over lunch, discuss nuisance bats, BLM agreements, and cover any other business as needed. There will be a chance for public comment during each day of the meeting and the public is welcome to attend.

The Washakie County Fairgrounds are located in Worland, WY at 501 15 Mile Rd.
