Wyoming youth invited to apply for Rangeland internship
The Wyoming Stock Growers Association (WSGA), Wyoming Association of Conservation Districts (WACD), and the Wyoming Chapter of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) are taking applications for the Rangeland Internship Program that started the summer of 2013. Deadline is March 1, 2014.
This program is designed to offer beginning agriculturalists real-world ranching experience and educational opportunities. This program has two areas of focus – agriculture internships on mentoring ranches, and continuing education scholarships to agriculture and natural resource workshops. College credit may be available for this internship.
If interested in applying for the Rangeland Internship Program please visit http://www.wysga.org, scroll down to Rangeland Internship Program and click on the link. We ask that applications be sent via e-mail to save postage and paper.
