Heather Fryer was raised in an Air Force family, living and traveling all over the nation. She lived in both agricultural communities and the suburbs. Her agricultural experience included raising and showing livestock in 4-H, working on a ranch and helping to build fences in the mountains of Idaho.
The rural lifestyle set the course of her life, leading to university study in agricultural disciplines. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Master’s of Science in Agricultural Economics.
She then married a Montana native and now enjoys working in agriculture research, publishing agriculture articles and photographs, riding as much as possible and raising her family. She hopes to positively contribute to the agriculture industry as it continues to feed an ever-growing world population.
