Trump administration urges court to deny tariff refunds 

The Trump administration has filed a brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit asking it to deny a case asking for immediate repayment of tariffs that were collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which the Supreme Court declared illegal.
