Wrangler Women of Influence nominations open July 15
The American Quarter Horse Association and Wrangler open nominations for the 2027 Wrangler Women of Influence class on July 15. Nominations will be accepted through August 22.
Presented by The American Quarter Horse Journal, the Wrangler Women of Influence award recognizes six women within AQHA and the American Quarter Horse industry whose positivity, perseverance and integrity have made a lasting impact on the Association and the industry.
A Wrangler Woman of Influence is someone who leads by example, serves others and helps strengthen the American Quarter Horse community through her passion, dedication and commitment. From educators and volunteers to ranchers, competitors and industry professionals, these women inspire others while preserving the values and traditions of the American Quarter Horse.
Anyone who knows a woman making a meaningful difference in the Quarter Horse industry is encouraged to submit a nomination. Nominees must meet the award’s eligibility requirements. Complete nomination guidelines and instructions are available on the Wrangler Women of Influence webpage.
A panel of judges will select six women to comprise the 2027 Wrangler Women of Influence class. Each honoree will be featured in The American Quarter Horse Journal, on AQHA.com and across AQHA’s digital media channels throughout 2027. Honorees will also receive prize packages provided by AQHA’s generous corporate partners.
