Brooke Rollins will serve as keynote speaker at 2026 PRCA National Convention
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Brooke L. Rollins, the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, will be the keynote speaker at the 2026 PRCA National Convention in Las Vegas.
Rollins will address convention attendees at 9 a.m. (PT), Dec. 2 at the Grand Ballroom at the South Point Hotel and Casino.
The gathering of PRCA members precedes the marquee event on PRORODEO’S annual calendar, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Company presented by Tractor Supply Company Dec. 3-12.
“We are thrilled to have Brooke Rollins be the keynote speaker of our convention,” said Tom Glause, CEO of the PRCA. “She was raised on a farm in Glen Rose, Texas, was a member of Future Farmers of America (FFA) and 4-H and truly understands the Western Way of Life and the PRCA values.”
The 2026 PRCA National Convention, Nov. 30 through Dec. 3 in Las Vegas, has the theme “Building Our Legacy.”
Most recently, Rollins served as the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the America First Policy Institute (AFPI). During President Trump’s first administration, she was the Director of the Domestic Policy Council and Assistant to the President for Strategic Initiatives in the White House. She also previously served as Director of the Office of American Innovation. In these roles, she developed and managed the transformational domestic policy agenda of the Trump Administration, leading to historic achievements for the American people.
Rollins graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a degree in agricultural development and was the first female to be elected student body president. After earning her Juris Doctor with honors at the University of Texas School of Law, she served as Governor Rick Perry’s policy director before running the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) for 15 years.
At TPPF, Rollins elevated a small policy organization to a national force and redefined the possibilities for a state-based think tank — setting the model and aspiration for AFPI. Rollins and her husband, Mark, call Fort Worth, Texas, home, and spend a large majority of their free time taxiing their four very active children to baseball games, cattle shows, piano lessons, and Aggie football games.
As in prior years, the convention will feature the State of the PRCA address from Glause – Dec. 1 – as well as the PRCA Member Tradeshow. The PRCA National Convention is the annual meeting of the organization’s members. It is the gathering to review the achievements of the prior year and lay out new strategic areas of focus for the year ahead.
The evenings are highlighted with fan favorites: the 19th annual Wrangler ProRodeo Hall of Fame Gold Buckle Gala on Nov. 30 honoring ProRodeo Hall of Famer Joe Beaver as the 2026 Legend of ProRodeo; the PRCA Welcome Reception on Dec. 1, and the PRCA Annual Awards Banquet on Dec. 2 to recognize the extraordinary achievements of PRCA members.
